By making a booking with BamBam Bungalows, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations & Payment

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

Remaining balances are payable upon arrival unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellations

Cancellation policies depend on the rate booked and the platform used.

Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: by 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

4. House Rules

Guests agree to respect:

• Other guests’ comfort and quiet hours
• Property, furnishings, and facilities
• Local customs and laws

Damage caused by guests may be charged.

5. Liability

BamBam Bungalows is not liable for:

• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Injuries caused by misuse of facilities
• Power outages, internet interruptions, or natural events

Guests stay at their own risk.

6. Children & Pets

BamBam Bungalows is an adults-oriented property.
We do not accommodate children, as the property is not suitable or safe for children who cannot swim or who require constant supervision.
